* All FLASH animation must cease motion after 25 seconds
* To facilitate geographical targeting, each banner will support up to 10 different URL links
* A minimum of a 1 pixel border is required around all banners
* Rotation of multiple banners per campaign are supported
* Banners to be served via a third party require approval by DynaSimple.com prior to going live
* Banners that lead to a website with the 'Back' button disabled will not be accepted
* Allow up to 4 business days to implement standard and Flash banners
* DynaSimple.com retains the right to refuse any ad or advertiser
